Refunds

Unused Credits can be refunded within 14 days of the respective purchase. Credits already used for an image generation are excluded from a refund.

How it works

Within the 14-day window, use our contact form (reason: "Refund") with your account's email address and the purchase in question. We refund the amount for that purchase's still-unused Credits at that point in time, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

What isn't refunded

• Credits already used for image generations.
• Credits credited for free (e.g. sign-up bonus, weekly grant, referral rewards).
